AMD Update 14.4 completely bricked my Windows 7 PC

After installing the AMD Catalyst Update 14.4, my PC refused to boot.  Safe mode is stuck with ATiPCie64.sys.

 

HP P6792uk

AMD Radeon HD 6570

AMD Phenon II x6 1035T

Update: I have done a System Restore through the "repair your computer."  Fingers crossed.

Well...that's a beta driver...and you probably will be best served by contacting AMD, IMO.
