First post just to say hi and thanks for the posts to read. I found the information nedded to repair a few of my customers PC problems. The last visit to find about Spy Falcon was a real help. Very nasty program and very deceptive. All my customer wanted was the flashing icon gone even after they removed Spy Falcon.

Thanks again. Doug
