So I got the Cryptolocker virus over the weekend.  I read up on what to do to get rid of it.  I created a usb boot with Kaspersky & ran it through.  It found a bunch of stuff & remover/quarentined them.  Then I booted to safe mode & ran Malwarebytes full scan.  It found some stuff & quarentined it.  Then I booted normally.  Here is the new problem.  When I boot normally or into safe mode with networking, I get about 20 mshost.exe running after boot up & the computer is near unresponsive.  I tried doing a clean boot & I get the same thing.  Now even in safe mode with no networking I cant run or install Malwarebytes or Combofix.  I tried rerunning Kasperesky & it does not find anything.  I know there is another virius because when I try to download something, it says that I dont have the correct permissions (Something has changed my internet explorer security settings).  Im running Windows 7 x86 if this helps.  Please help!

Can Combofix be set to run off of a thumb drive at boot up?
