Windows 7  xx 64.

I have a Canon i9950 printer. It has worked perfectly until recently. Now red prints as brown. This effects colours such as grey which prints green.
I have replaced the red ink cartridge.
All colours print solid and test patterns are OK.
I have tried it with a second computer and the problem remains.
How do I fix this. I am under pressure to get some work out!

hope you can help. Thanks.

Besides replacement, the area where the cartridge makes the connection to the carrier needs to be cleaned.
