hi. first time posting on here. so i think my computer has a virus im not sure though. when i try to install programs it says i don't have access to certain parts of the registry when i actually do im the admin but that's the least of my worries i tried to update my graphics card drivers with geforce experience (program for nvidia gpus) and it wouldnt let me install it so i uninstalled the drivers completely  and then when i tried to install them through the device manger it says that access is denied ive tried icacls commands to take ownership of the entire C:\ drive (SSD which is my boot drive) but my other drive doesnt seem to have any problems like this (HDD for games and stuff) im thinking this may be a vbs script because of cheats ive downloaded for a game once im not sure though i dont really think thats it. please help and reply. thanks
