Running Word 2003. One possibility I've heard of is CutePDF.  Are there other Word-to-PDF options or is CutePDF my best bet?

I use Primo PDF.  It's a PDF printer like Roodo mentions above.  I've used it without issue for a few years now.

Mmm... that download link brings me to a CNET/Download.com site.  Do we still like Download.com on these boards?

Trigger Jinxed hit it right on the button... http://www.primopdf.com/ ... is widely used and has been around for ages. I've been using it for 2 years and it has performed exceptionally well with no issues what so ever. You can just drag & drop any document, photo and printable file and it will do it's job with ease. And when you right click any printable file you will have the option to convert it to PDF without nay hassle. Primo PDF creates a virtual printer on "print" option so it's easy to convert any file that's printable. There are other options but when you start using Primo PDF you won't want to change...... try it....
