Windows 7

I have the PC Tech Hotline Green Box in every program I open and the Shortcut on my Desktop

I followed some of the other threads for this problem and I have done the following:

Malware Bytes Scan

ADW Cleaner

Junk Tool Remover

Rogue Killer

Hitman Pro

Malware Bytes Anti Root

ESET Online Scan

Boot Scan with AVAST

The Optimize My PC problem was taken care of by the above programs but the PC Tech Hotline remains.  What log should I post first? Hopefully I can figure out how to get the logs.

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook

"C:\Program Files\PCTechHotline\PCTechHotline.exe"

There is a shortcut on the desktop and a green box in the task bar.

Chrome, IE and Mozilla are on the machine
