Very familiar with remote desktop and  Log Me In for remote access, but I am interested in hearing some recommendations on other remote access products. Use is for software training, application problem solving, machine configuration, and collaboration with users on work related projects, etc. Thanks for any help!

Hello

What server are you running also what are all the client machines running? If you want to just remote into a users machine (windows 7) the easiest and efficient way is by using the command MSRA /offerra

We use Gotoassist remote for management and our parent software company uses gotomeeting for training. Both work behind cisco ASA Firewalls with no problem. This helps when the customer is not under a service contract and we dont have access or own their firewall for VPN access.
