Very familiar with Log Me In for remote access, but I am interested in hearing some recommendations on other remote access products. Use is for software training, application problem solving, machine configuration, and collaboration with users on work related projects, etc. Thanks for any help!

For work or personal?

For work I use Windows Remote Assistance (my preferred), Microsoft Lync, Remote Desktop Connection, PsExec, and WMIC.

Previously I've used DameWare

I've also used Windows Remote Assistance to work on my father's machine remotely.
