Trojan.Zekos.Patched64 rpcss.dll infection

My computer is infected and the windows/system32/rpcss.dll file is the location for the trojan.zekos.patched64 virus. I have ran Vipre Rescue, McAfee, AVG, Malware Bytes, Super Antispyware, Eset, Kapersky  to no avail. Can someone pleaes Help
