When you go through the shut down porcess, start, shut down, and OK, does the screen give you the message that it is OK to turn off your computer now?

When posting a problem it is always helpful if you can provide the basic specs for your computer, like the make and model, or motherboard, the amount of RAM, and in this case you operating system.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

yeahh...when ever i go through the shut down process, start, shut down, and OK, the screen gives me the message "it is ok to turn off your computer now"........

well, this is my specs....:

Pentium 4 2.40 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 64 MB
256MB RAM
80 Harddisk
with windows xp version 2002 service pack 2

anyway, my computer was not like that before..but after I fixed in one of the computer shop here(harddisk problem) then the problem does occur. actually, they said it is good for my computer to have that, but when i asked them to make it normal again then they never can do back.
do you know what is the problem on that?
