After restore windows to factory won't start, please wait to for the installer to load. Windows drivers are launching! Ok but shut down itself then try to restart but goes to the same place. What should I do?

First of all - welcome to BC !

It sounds like something has gone wrong with the re-set operation. Your simplest cure is to repeat the re-set to factory settings operation. You won't lose anything by doing this and it may well work the second time.

If it doesn't, post back.
