This always opens whenever i start my computer now, and if i close it, it will stay closed for awhile then it always pops back up.....can anyone help tell me what this means, or is for, or what i should do plz?  thank you (happy late easter to all)

Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  When  FileHippo opens, click on Download latest version in the upper right pane.
 
When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.
 
The following screen will appear, click on Yes.

The following screen will appear, click on Copy to Clipboard.

In your next post right click inside the Reply to Topic box, then click on Paste.  This will load a link to the Speccy log.
 
 

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
 Checkmark the following checkboxes:
 
• List last 10 Event Viewer log
• List Installed Programs
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
• List Minidump Files
 
 Click on Go to start the scan.  Once it is finished highlight the text, copy it and paste it in your next post.

Your current version of Malwarebytes 1.75.0 has been superseded by the version 2.0.1.  Please uninstall it and follow the instructions below.

 

 
Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
 
1)  Double-click on mbam-setup.exe, then click on Run to install the application, follow the prompts through the installation.
 
2)  Malwarebytes will automatically open.  If this is the first time you have run this version of Malwarbytes you will see an image like the one below.

Click on Update Now, after Malwarebytes is updated click on Scan.
 
If this isn't the first time you have run this version, then you will see an image like the one below.  Click on Scan

You will be prompted to update Malwarebytes, to do so click on Update Now.

3)  The scan will automatically run now.

4)  When the scan is complete the results will be displayed.  Click on Quarantine All, then click on Apply Actions

5)  To complete any actions taken you will be asked if you want to restart your computer, click on Yes

6)  Please post the Malwarebytes log.
 
To find your Malwarebytes log,download mbam-check.exe from here and save it to your desktop.
 
To open the log double click on mbam-check.exe on your desktop.  When the log opens, scroll down toward the bottom of the log to Quarantined Items.  Copy and paste this in your next post.
 
 
Please check to see if Dragon Naturally Speaking is running in compatibility mode.
 
 1. Open the Task Manager by right-clicking on the Taskbar and selecting "Task Manager".
 
2. Click the "Processes" tab.
 
3. Click the "Image Name" heading to sort the processes alphabetically.
 
4. Look for the process called "natspeak.exe".
 
5. If "natspeak.exe" is listed, select it and click the "End Process" button.  Repeat this step for any additional "natspeak.exe" processes that are listed.
 
6. After confirming that no "natspeak.exe" processes are running, close the Task Manager.
 
7. Open a Windows Explorer window by clicking "Start > Computer".
 
8. Browse to the Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 installation directory.  By default this location would be "C:\Program Files\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking10\Program" (or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking10\Program" on 64-bit Windows 7).
 
9. Select the "natspeak.exe" file located in the Program folder.
 
10. Right-click on the "natspeak.exe" file and select "Properties".
 
11. Click the "Compatibility" tab.
 
12. Uncheck the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" option.
 
13. Click "OK" to apply the changes.
 
14. Launch Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
