Posted 21 April 2014 - 10:20 AM

I have a computer where the Kaspersky Anti-Virus keeps detecting Malware named Packed.Win32.Krap.hc.  It seems to have knocked that CPU of our network (no internet access), but I am unsure if that is related at this point.

I know the CPU user tried to update their FLASH this morning because a Pop-up told them to do so.  The same user also tried to install Google Earth from an Internet AD.  I am thinking this is where the issue started, but who knows what else they have clicked on up to this point.

Thank you in advance for your help.
