Hi, this morning the sound went off on my pc. I've tried everything from downloading drivers to installing VIA audio hd deck again which work for some time. Now it's gone again. Is it possible audio card is useless ?. Hope not.

No sound at all through speakers? Do they plug in the wall? Is a light on?

Can you bypass the power stabilizer to see if that's an issue?

OK , what card do you have? You could do a restore to an earlier date when the driver was there. and is the speaker light on now?

or is there a light.

Supposed to be an NVIDIA card, the speaker light is on, I'll try to restore 'em.

On the device management everything is OK, uninstalled and installed again the controlers for audio, high audio and all that ... but I can't install VIA HD Audio Deck which was functioning fine til yesterday. I don't know but is there any possibility there's some problem with the graphic card ?.
