Lenovo ideapad s210 usb ports bad service worse

I received two s210 ideapads directly from Lenovo USA, both with short circuiting usb ports.  They told me they would return my money as soon as the computer had arrived at the warehouse, but after a number of calls, they still haven't refunded my money.  Lenovo is going downhill fast - don't know what happened to them.
