I've reinstalled MS office 2007, everything's downloaded and working expect Outlook, which says my product code is locked.

All other MS programmes work, just Outlook failed,

I've got Hotmail / yahoo / gmail, but I'd prefer to have Outlook for a particular reason, do I have to purchase a new product key to get Outlook?

I assume you are talking about the Outlook email client. If so…

Not generally. It is possible that some educational institutions (i.e. University, etc) might have some sort of a site license that allows students, faculty, or staff might be able to use for free.

If you are talking about the email service Outlook.com, then you can sign up for that service for free.

Which version of MS Office 2007 do you have? I ask because if memory serves not all versions of Office 2007 include Outlook.

If it does include Outlook, have you tried calling Microsoft Activation about the "product code is locked" issue?

You could always try the Microsoft Live essentials e-mail.
