My name is Francis and my goal is to never have to bring my Windows XP 32-Bit PC for servicing, because I prefer to be independent and fix my computer myself, with the help of knowledgeable and expert people online, such as many of you.

I have come here today because I made the immeasurable mistake of downloading MoboGenie in a misguided attempt to get a program that would connect my PC with my new Samsung Note 3 SmartPhone.  What a big mistake I made by downloading MoboGenie.  Had I Googled it first, I would have known that it is a very malicious and tenacious opponent once it is in one's computer and one has to work like hell to remove the vestiges of it.

I found directions here that helped me, but I'm going to post the results of the RKill antivirus program that I found here and hope someone can tell me if my computer is still infected or not.
