I have a customer who is having trouble accessing a certain website www.quinnstheprinters.com

He has six PC's on a network with a Draytek Vigor 2500 ADSL router.  The ISP is MDNX who claim its nothing to do with them.  None of the PC's can access this site through any browser.

If I logon remotely and use a proxy like www.hidemyass.com it works.

Where is the problem?  To make matters worse I Cannot login to the router as nobody knows the password for it and Im 120 miles away so a reset is a little tricky.  I wondered if it was a DNS issue and was going to check the right DNS was set in the router but I cannot get into it.  Anyway I tried various DNS settings on one of the PC's which should overide any used by the router (I think?).  Didnt work

only thing that works is a proxy server

Any ideas where to go from here?

Thanks
