Excel sheet error

can anybody solve my problem when I try to open my excel sheet it shows the error message



the file format and extension of 'bon bon (finish).xls' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. unless you trust its source, don't open it do you want to open it anyway?


the above error shows when I try to give yes the data in the file or corrupt any have solution please help me 


I have also attached the error message

as I tried by changing the registry after that file open but it  corrupt
