Hi all,

not sure if this is the correct conference?
I have just been given an unused Zoom mic/cam model no, 1598-00-00
Problem is my computer recognizes a usb device, but cannot find driver.
Anyone know where l can get/download a driver for this device?

Many thanks
Geoff

Did you install the softwre first then plug in the USB camera? USB will not work properly if the camera is plugged in before the software is installed.

Hi Acklan,

Sorry for the delay, yes l downloaded and installed the software as instructed.
I then plugged in the cam, and it was recognised and installed ok. The problem is, when
you try to broadcast the cam, you can only see a black screen and nothing else.
I am assuming this is a fault with the cam?

Thanks
Geoff

Some cameras have a shutter to keep a picture from accidently being broadcast. Are you sure the shutter is not closed?
