Windows 7 problem please help!

see the thing "Bildschirmauflösung" it wont go away it happens to alot of stuff on my screen

i cant get rid of them so ya please help

Googling it shows ot is a German to English translator, did you down load it?  If so remove the program.

No you see everytime i start my computer eventually i will click on something like lets say i open task manager then an option is burnt into the screen sometimes but it could be with any program

like with Bildschirmauflösung it means screen resolution in german i wanted to change the resolution and that was burnt into my screen it still is burnt into my screen until i restart my computer but then everntually another one comes

See this link. It will show you how to uninstall any other languages besides English and make English default. (see step 7) make sure it is English. In step 3 you can uninstall any non-english languages. Is German installed on your computer?
