Hi! I turned my laptop on yesterday and none of my internet browsers will open (Explorer, chrome or Firefox). I ran malware bytes in safe mode and it found nothing. The laptop freezes up after a couple minutes. I tried to do system restore and it won't let me. Also, I've always had to sign into windows and that has disappeared too. Please help!!!! Thanks so much :-)

Hello, this happened one one my laptop too. I solved thanks to AdwCleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/

Be sure no browser is open, suspend momentarely the protection of your Antivirus and disable eventual HIPS (like winpatrol). The run a scan with Adwcleaner and choose the option CLEAN.

Restart the PC and hopefully the situation has improved.
