This is what I got when I ran the cccleaner:
Yes HKCU:Run DownloadAccelerator Speedbit Ltd. "C:\Program Files (x86)\DAP\DAP.EXE" /STARTUP
Yes HKCU:Run RoboForm Siber Systems "C:\Program Files (x86)\Siber Systems\AI RoboForm\RoboTaskBarIcon.exe"
Yes HKLM:Run Samsung Link Copyright 2013 SAMSUNG "C:\Program Files\Samsung\Samsung
I think this is what you wanted?
Yes. Open CCleaner, Tools, Startup, click on Samsung Link, click on disable. That should stop the error message at startup.
Open the Samsung Link installer again. If you get a choice of repair or remove, go for remove. If the attempt to remove it fails, try the repair option. Then try the remove option again. You might be told to restart the computer to complete removal or repair. Restart before the next stage.
I tried Samsung Kies for a while. These programs seem to be more trouble than useful. To use your computer for looking at files on the phone and copying files, you can install a driver. Then when you use Windows Explorer you will see something like
You can download the driver from http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads
