Hi. I receive the following error messages when windows xp professional start: "windows cannot load your profile because it may be corrupted. Contact your administrator" and " Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you with a temporary profile. Changes you make this profile will be lost when you log off".

I can see my documents and files in my old profile when windows starts, but do not have my previous settings and some of the programs. Also, I cannot make any changes since windows starts with a new fresh profile each time it starts. Could you please help me to solve this problem? Is it possible to log on with my old profile? Thanks!
