Last night I upgraded my pc for the first time in 8 years!

I was extremely happy all day today and when I finished installing windows 8 and updating drivers my computer was pretty much ready.

I made a REALLY, REALLY, BAD, and STUPID mistake and downloaded a file I should not have.. windows 8 even gave me a pretty good warning about not to install it, but I did anyway. It ended up installing some stuff called 'oxy', 'pilefile', and 'conduit (it changed my browsers home address). I came on here and saw people saying malware bytes for the most part was the best recommendation to a lot of people. I ran malware bytes in admin mode and when I loaded it up again most of the stuff I couldnt uninstall manually was gone. I just want some peice of mind that my freshly installed windows 8 on my brand spanking new computer isnt still infected with mal-ware that I cannot see. I am very new to malware bytes and reporting logs.. like I said I already ran a test, cleaned the quarantine list successfully and I don't see the unwanted programs I wanted malware bytes to remove anywhere! Is there anyway I can confirm that I am indeed back to 'normal' sort of speak as it was 30 minutes ago when I had a fresh install and didn't stupidly download malware? Any help will be GREATLY appreciated and thanks a lot in advance!

Can someone teach me how to post a log so I can see if my new PC is running with no malware?
