cell phone huawei pinncle 2 cannot download pictures to desktop

yes I have a Huawei pinnacle 2 phone hp windows 7 64 bit os ie 11 when I plug the charger cord into the desktop it will charge the phone but when I try to go to device manager it says it doesn t  recognize this device so I can t upload the pics to desktop any ideas thanks ???

Did you install the drivers for your phone?

In the user guide are there instructions to put the phone in mass storage mode?
