Restart the computer normally when you get the black screen with an option to press the ESC key DO IT.

Do you then have an option to restore you system to a previous date?

When I press the esc key it usually does nothing. Sometimes it will say windows failed to start and automatically starts a system repair. I can do a system re-store. But not sure what is the point when i just wiped the computer and re-installed windows a few days ago. Whatever this is is deep in my computer. Because i thought it was gone for years. But after i re-installed windows i am having all these problems after 3 years. Before i re-installed windows malewarebytes and all these programs never had the fake windows sign in there emblems.
