hello, trying to help a friend. the hd keeps filling up. i remove apps, it fills up as soon as i try to delete msgs in outlook. zero space left each time. i'm running out of apps to remove to make space to even add cleanup apps. i ran avg and microsoft anti-spyware in safe mode, nothing found on either. scandisk didn't find errors. os is win2000-pro. i can't even get an online scan done as there isn't enuff space to install the activex needed.

any ideas what is happening?
