Low Disk Space Warning

I keep having a pop up in the lower right hand corner saying that i have low disk space on datapart1 (D:) and asking me to click it to see about freeing up space. I am running Windows 7

Please go to Computer > right click at datapart1 (D:) > click Properties. Then check capacity, used spaces and free spaces then post it here.

You have very low space on D drive, try delete something you didn't need, this drive have operating system or not?

as Far As I Know It Is Recovery Drive.. I Dont Know What Is On It Or How It Got there
