I had to Reformat my Android G9 Turbo Tablet it runs Icecream Sandwitch.

 

Before I Reformated it I Synced everything up with my Goodle Acount.

 

So now I Reformated it and I am back to the Homescreen but how do I get everything I Backed Up to my Google Account?

Logging into your Google account on the tablet should cause contacts and calendars to automatically re-sync.

If you are talking about re-installing apps and widgets, then unless things have changed with Android, you will need to re-download the apps from Google's Play Store (it has been a while since I used Android, so it may have changed).
