Blue Screen of Death - Fatal Exception Error.

Also says its a fatal hardware error. What hardware could this be?

Any ideas on why I may have suddenly begun getting these? And what I can do about it?

When they occur I can hear a clicking noise coming from the computer.

Screen freezes and then the blue screen appears, stating that there's been a fatal hardware error.

Only solution appears to be to restart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, Jonathan

Get anything you can off the drive because it's going soon.
You can check to make sure it's not a cpu cooling fan but 9 out of 10 times it's the drive.
