My Aunt allowed a phone scammer who called claiming they were Windows support remote access to her computer and I'm concerned they may have left something on the computer. I have run every type of scan I can think of and they've all come back clean, I've cleaned up the registry, and I've been trying to diagnose Hijackthis logs, as well as trying out your logs here. if you see anything out of the ordinary or concerning please let me know. I've also attached the most recent hijackthis log file.

2. Download OTL to your desktop.
  • Double click on the icon to run it.
Vista / Windows 7/8 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.
  • Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.
  • Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt.
Note: These logs can be located in the OTL folder on your C:\ drive if they fail to open automatically.
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply. You may need two posts to fit them both in.
