I have Win7 64Bit and iE8 64Bit.

My Favorites Bar wont let me Organize them.

I click Favorites and then Organize and a Box opens saying

Error: 100 Invalid Class String.

I went into Regedit and went through the HKEYS to get to Favorites and Deleted everything Under Favorites Tree.

Then rebooted and opened iE8 and went to Favorites and clicked Organize Favorites and the same thing happened.

So I ran DOS as ADMIN and typed

And hit enter and it says this is not an Inturnal or Exturnal Command.

What do I try?

All your issues are probably because your browser is ancient. You're on IE 8 and there is IE 11 out.

Hi -

Do you install Windows Updates on a regular basis ?? I do not think so -

Internet Explorer Updates have been around on Windows 7 units for several years now.
