xp home installed twice on my desktop

Hi my name is debbie, i have a dell dimension 4600 that has windows xp on it and I discovered that it is installed on it twice. I have no idea how to uninstall it. Could someone please help me with this problem.

How do you know that it's installed twice?


Go to Disk Management and take a screen shot (which reflects all hard drives/partitions) and post it in your next post.


Start/Run...type diskmgmt.msc and hit Enter.

To post the screenshot as an attachment...click the More Reply Options button when you are piecing your reply post together.  Then simply follow the yellow brick road for Attachments.
