I have disabled all my wi-fi connections aside from my desktop that i'm currently typing this on.
The unknown MAC has no name, just "--" in the "name" box. any suggestions on how to find out what device this is or how to block it? i'm not computer savvy, but i've noticed over the last month or so that my connection speeds have been pathetic. I can take screenshots or answer any questions to the best of my ability, i justreally need some guidance.
Thanks a ton!

Did you turn off the modem too? I've seen modems listed sometimes that way.
