Hello :welcome: to Bleeping Computer.

I will try and assist you with what I can, however if you could provide more information it would greatly help us. Based on some research, this is happening on a dell laptop correct? What model dell laptop is it? Also, if you can find the service tag number, which is usually on the underside of the laptop that would help us even more. :)
