NO windows updates PERIOD! + No AVAST Renew download either????

I have EXp 11 I think?.


I do not know what to do, or who to talk to?. MSN wants me to have an account in order

to get to a help page,but I do not have that account info?. I don't know where that info is


I am disabled and on a fixed income, all I want is to be able to use my computer.


I just Renewed my AVAST Security,I was sent via e-mail the download to get my

security back. This damn system will NOT let me save ,run at at all!.


I get the boxes on the bottom of the page to either SAVE, RUN, or SAVE AS

I push the buttons and nothing happens!?. What in the hell is going on?.

Can ANYbody Please help me?.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
