So I used OTL.exe while following instructions on hackforums from a malware remover professional. So he told me to copy and paste some stuff on the OTL"inside the quote box" and click "run fix"

Instead of my computer to reboot, it takes me to the recovery options. Giving me two options "Toshiba recovery wizard" and "System Recovery Options"

Is that normal? How do I get off of it? I don't want to restore my computer!
