Is this internet icon for a browser?

Where are you seeing this, on the desktop, the task bar...?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

The red x is on the lower right hand corner of the task bar, it is covering the icon which shows the name of the internet connection that we are using.

Our browser is internet explorer.  Our printer is also not working, the error message says, network problems might be preventing the printer from printing, and cannot be contacted over the network.
