Hi All,

Just bought a PC with windows 7 installed, booted up logged on to IE(11) after a few seconds got this message... Internet Explorer has stopped working... i have googled it and tried every fix i could find,  ran malwarebytes and a few other cleaners but found nothing.  mozilla runs perfect though. It seems a pretty common fault with all the requests on google for a fix.  Any help  will be much appreciated.

Your problem could be IE 11. It has a tendency to NOT play nice with a system.

If listed in Add Remove programs uninstall it. IE will revert back to the last version that was used.

Control Panel/Programs and Features

Click View installed updates on the left side of the page.

Scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section. Scroll through the list. When you see Windows Internet Explorer 11, click it and uninstall just as you would any other program.

If you have Windows updates set to automatically install, IE11 will be installed again.

You can either turn off automatic update OR keep checking for updates and if you see it right click on IE 11 and choose Hide Update. This will keep it from installing.

Another route to try...

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

If you can see the snapshot...all you have to do is copy/paste the URL in your next post :).  This will allow all of us to see the snapshot.
