Hello all,

I am a nurse (RN) by profession.  However, I've dabbled in computers since the days of TRS80s and Commodore 64s.  I am the closest thing we have to an IT department at our very small Home Health Agency.  I "get" to fix computer problems on a regular basis that the technologically impaired nurses at our office have broken.  So, I sometimes get stumped.  I would rank my experience as more than average with Windows based programs-- but far from expert.  I have proficient knowledge of iPhones, but not Macs.  I recently started using a couple of different Android devices, so I'm working on that.  Thank you to everyone who contributes to this site.
