Hello everyone,

I have a similar problem to this one but I can not understand how to solve it.

My computer crash only when I play with random times, I can play for several hours without problem, or conversely, have a bsod every 20 minutes.

Could you help me please ?

Hi,

Please navigate to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump.  Select all the files in the folder, then right-click, go down to Send to and in the list that opens select Compressed (zipped) folder.
Attach the file that is created to your reply - More Reply Options > Choose files ....

The Speccy report shows that you have the Graphics card overclocked.

Please reset it to its default values, disable/uninstall MSIAfterburner and monitor to see if the problem continues.

Hello,

I found a solution, finally, I think, and I post here so that everyone can have access.

i used driver verification to check my drivers compatibility. To do so,

  1. Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
  2. Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
  3. Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
  4. Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation", "and "Force Pending I/O Requests" and click "Next"
  5. Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
  6. Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
  7. Select "Finish" on the next page.

Upon restart, I got a bsod in the few seconds that followed. Then, Reboot into Windows with safe mode (after the crash) and turn off Driver Verifier by going back in and selecting "Delete existing settings" on the first page.

finally, with whocrashed, i found that this bsod was cause by my Razer Tarentula keyboard driver (dump analysis).

After removing the keyboard drivers, I was able to play several hours without bsod, whereas before I could not take 10-15 minutes.

And if I reinstall the latest drivers from Razer's website, here we go again ..

I do not know what caused it, my keyboard worked very well so far in all the games, such as in Titanfall, but it continues to cause bsod in The Elder Scrolls Online and only in this game ..

I'm glad you found a resolution to the problem.  These issues can occur with legacy products.  As operating systems are updated, incompatibilities can crop up with drivers that are no longer themselves being updated.

Elder Scrolls Online is still in beta stage which means it should have bugs . Since the BSOD only happened with that game, it should be an issue with the game itself. You should report this to the developer of the game.
