Hi All

I have been trying to work out why some emails that have been sent to a distribution list email address (exchange server) are not showing up within the users outlook client (2010).

We use GFI's MailArchiver to keep track of all the mail. The missing emails are present within the user's mail archive.

It only appears to be some of the users.

Any ideas on why the emails are not being seen within MS Outlook client? Could there be an issue with the exchange server (2007)?
