My fiance downloaded Spy Falcon (through a Media Codec) on to my laptop. I have some expirence removing this type of stuff, but I have done all I can (including the instructions on this site).

I am wondering if they (Spy Falcon) changed the alert .dll file from ginuerep.dll.

Any clue on cleaning this would be helpful. Here is my log file.

* Download sharedtaskrem.exe from here: http://users.telenet.be/marcvn/tools/sharedtaskrem.exe

Download it to your desktop.
Doubleclick sharedtaskrem.exe.
This installs a new folder on your desktop with the name sharedtaskrem.
Open that folder and doubleclick sharedtaskrem.bat.
Your desktop will disappear.. this is normal. The tool also creates a backup of what was found.
Afterwards a log will open. Copy and paste the log in your next reply.
