Windows XP Laptop BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH (Computer Keeps Restarting Over and Over)

Hello, my laptop which is a Toshiba Laptop P205S6237 keeps restarting over and over again and keeps having memory dumps. It also gives the same error everytime and after about 10 minutes and it would do it all over again

How can we diagnose and fix this problem?
