I would uninstall Spybod S&D, replace with SUPERAntiSpyware Free (http://www.superantispyware.com/
). I see that you have SAS installed already, then just uninstall Spybot. There is a more current version of SAS available for download.
Appears to me that you are running the Windows firewall...and that for Norton 360. Doing such usually causes problems.
I can't make any sense of the errors reflected per MiniToolbox...other than the fact that Bonjour would be uninstalled on my system.
Invalid Process Attach Attempt errors...although you complain about such, there is no documentation in your errors to indicates that you receive such. In any case, you might review the suggestions by AustrAlien in This Post
