Cannot get superantispyware work....

I installed Superantispyware but it does not open.

I tried using RUNSAS but it does not open still.

 

My Computer also does not install any updates and I tried "Fix it" to fix the problem but got the error message that there are 2 issues that could not be resolved.

 

Malwarebyte worked and remove many files and now it does not detect anything.

 

Hijackthis worked and got the following log...
