Posting this for a coworker. Serviced a Windows 7 laptop during which we had to install a new image, and then reapplied the HP Drive Encryption to encrypt the drive. However, now on boot up, where there used to be fields to enter a password/encryption key, there aren't any fields. This happens prior to Windows booting up. Google searches haven't yielded any results, all seem nonspecific.

Has anyone encountered this before?
