I would appreciate any help you could give me. I'm having trouble getting to the internet and I downloaded Malwarebytes, but I can't update the database. I get error "PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (0,0,I/O error). I ran the mini toolkit and have attached the file to this post.
Thanks again,

For the purpose of testing please uninstall Norton.  Don't just disable it, uninstall it.

After you have uninstalled Norton rerun the MiniToolBox and post the results here.  Please follow the instruction "Once it is finished highlight the text, copy it and paste it in your next post."

If removing Norton doesn't resole this problem I will provide you with instructions for running a Clean Boot.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
